Use of a 6000+ square foot home that currently sleeps 10 comfortably in beds and many more if you bring air mattresses (16 people maximum). Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

Grand entrance with cascading staircase.

Owners Suite w/king bed, en suite and 2 separate sink vanities, 3 guest bedrooms w/queen beds and connected, full bathrooms.

One guest room w/queen bed (note - this room does not have windows and is directly across from a guest room where they have a separate access to the bathroom).

Very large bonus room with sectional couch, TV, ping pong table, air hockey table and treadmill.

Office with fireplace and seating for 2.

Dining room that comfortably seats 10-12 people.

Kitchen with raised bar area that seats 4, full size refrigerator, gas stove and dishwasher.

Butlers pantry between the dining room and kitchen, complete with a sink, coffee maker and dishwasher.​

Sunroom with loveseat and 2 oversized chairs.
- Family room with large sectional couch, fireplace, floor to ceiling window with view to the back patio and property.

You provide and work directly with your preferred vendors for your event.

The actual wedding must take place outside on the property*. No exceptions.

Wedding and event insurance must be purchased by the person renting the space.

Non-refundable security deposit required upon booking, although we will of course work with you should you need to change the date.

Two night minimum. You can check in at 10 am on your date of arrival and check out by 6 pm on your date of departure.

No pets allowed.

Portable bathrooms required.
