Washington Acres was purchased to fulfill a dream of owning some land. It's a retreat that is also a labor of love to maintain the land. And as you will see, the land came with a beautiful home that is meant to host people so they can create their own special memories. You will be surrounded by nature, feel like you're a million miles away all while being approximately 5 miles to the quaint town of Washington, NC and the Pamlico River.
